How hard is the water in the Phoenix area, really?
Valley water generally tests between 15 and 25 grains per gallon. Anything above 7 is considered hard. That scale is what shortens water heater life, clogs aerators and leaves the white crust on your shower door. We'll test your specific address free — hardness varies block to block.
Why are slab leaks so common in Arizona homes?
Most Valley homes built between the 1960s and 1990s run copper under a post-tension slab. Hard water corrodes it from the inside while 40-degree daily swings flex the joints until one gives. It isn't a defect in your house — it's the local condition.
Is your pricing really flat, or does it change once you start?
Flat. We quote at your door before any tool comes off the truck, and you approve that number. If the work turns out harder than we estimated, that's our problem, not a change order. The only time it moves is if you ask for additional work.
Do you charge a service call fee?
There's a $49 diagnostic fee on standard repair calls, credited in full toward the repair if you go ahead. Club members never pay it. Estimates for replacements — water heaters, softeners, repipes — are always free.
How fast can you get here in an emergency?
